Ingredients

  • 2 tsp yellow cornmeal
  • 1 - 14 oz Italian Cheese Flavored Pizza Crust (such as Boboli)
  • Cooking Spray
  • 1 - 28 oz can Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes, drained
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella and asiago with roasted garlic cheese blend (such as Sargento)
  • 1/4 cup sliced pitted Kalamata olives
  • Chopped fresh oregano

Preparation

Step 1

1.) Preheat oven to 450 degrees

2.) Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper; sprinkle with cornmeal. Place crust on top of cornmeal; lightly coat crust with cooking spray. Arrange tomatoes, cheese and olives on crust.

3.) Bake 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with oregano.
