Ingredients
- Honey-orange glaze:
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 2 tsp. orange rind, grated
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 to 1-1/2 c. drained blueberries
- 2 to 3 tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tbsp. orange juice
- 1 tsp. orange rind

Step 1
Melt butter, stir in water, orange juice and orange rind until mixed. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Beat together egg and sugar. Add dry ingredients to those from saucepan, alternating with egg-sugar mixture. Fold in 1 to 1-1/2 cups well drained blueberries. Bake in well greased loaf pan for one hour at 325. Combine last three ingredients. When bread is done, remove from pan and immediately spoon honey-orange glaze over top.
