Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 box orange cake mix
- 1/2 cup veg oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges w/juice
- Icing:
- 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
- 1 carton (12 oz) cool whip
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed pinapple
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all cake ingredients together and bake at 325° for 30 min or until done
Drain pineapple and set aside.
Mix pinapple juice with pudding until smooth.
Add cool whip and drained pinapple. Mix well.
Spread over cake
Refrigerate for at least two hours
