ounces cooked and peeled shrimp
slices crisp cooked bacon
tablespoons finely chopped onions
tablespoons finely chopped celery
cayenne pepper, to taste
1. Prepare 1st 3 ingredients and cool. 2. Grate or chop eggs and combine with chopped shrimp and crumbled crisp bacon. 3. Add onion, celery, mayonnaise (more if needed) and cayenne pepper. 4. Use for sandwiches, or party spread. 5. (Notice omission of salt due to use of bacon).
