- 3 c broccoli chopped large
- 2 c cauliflower chopped large
- 2 tbsp pimentos (small jar)
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper chopped
- 1/2 c ricotta cheese
- 1 c non fat cottage cheese
- 1 c shredded sharp chedder
- 3 oz shredded skim mozzarella
