Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz. jar Alfredo sauce
  • 3/4 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
  • 4 zucchini,halved crosswise,cut lengthwise into 1/4" thick slices
  • 9 oven ready lasagna noodles
  • 1 pkg.(9 oz.) fully cooked,carved chicken breast,2 cups.
  • 8 oz. shredded Italian cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350
Coat 12x8x2 1/2 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Combine sauce,1c. water and 1/4tsp. seasoning.
Toss zucchini slices with remaining seasoning.
Spread 3/4c.sauce over bottom of dish.
Top with 3 noodles,1/2 of zucchini slices,1/2 of chicken,1/2 c. sauce and 3/4c. cheese.
Top with 3 noodles,remaining zucchini and chicken,1/2c. sauce and 3/4c. cheese
Top with remaining noodles and 3/4c. sauce
Cover with foil
Bake 45 mins
Uncover;sprinkle with remaining cheese
Bake,uncovered,until bubbly and cheese is melted,10 mins.
Let stand 15 mins before serving
