    peeled red or white onion

  • cut into 1/4 inch rings

    cup cooked potato slices

    Tablespoon fresh minced rosemary

Directions

Melt butter over medium heat. Add onion rings and stir to coat. Sprinkle with brown sugar, and stir until light caramel and tender, about 12 minutes. Add potato slices and rosemary, and heat through.
