Caramelized Onions and Rosemary Potatoes

  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 peeled red or white onion
  • cut into 1/4 inch rings
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 cup cooked potato slices
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh minced rosemary



Step 1

Melt butter over medium heat. Add onion rings and stir to coat. Sprinkle with brown sugar, and stir until light caramel and tender, about 12 minutes. Add potato slices and rosemary, and heat through.
