Coconut Lime Margarita

Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed, Plus 2 tablespoons for glasses about 5 limes)
- 3/4 cup coco lopez (cream of coconut)
- 1/2 cup tequila (2 tablespoons)
- 1/4 cup cointreau (orange liqueur)

Preparation
Step 1
350 degrees- toss coconut with salt. Toast in oven 8-10 minutes. Crush up and use for rim. Dip glass rims in lime juice.
Blend remaining ingredients in a blender with 1 c ice.
Serves 2 or 1 really big glass.
