- o 1 (7 ounce) packages elbow macaroni
- o 1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
- o 1 tablespoon butter
- o 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- o 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- o 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- o 1 teaspoon fresh garlic, finely chopped
- o 1 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
- o 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- o 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- o spaghetti sauce (optional)
