  • 2 large cans chunk pineapple, drained
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • approximately 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated cheese
  • 3/4 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine

Step 1

In bottom of greased 9x13 pan, layer pineapple. Mix melted stick margarine, add sugar and flour, then cheese.

Pour over pineapple. Melt margarine and crackers and put on top of casserole. Bake on 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
