- 2 C white sugar
- 3/4 C veg oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
- 2 C flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t salt

Cream sugar, oil and eggs. Add pineapple with juice. Mix dry ingredients and blend into batter.
