Ingredients
- 2.5 ounces of orange marmilade
- 1/8 Cups dijon mustard
- 1/4 Brown sugar
- 1/4 Orange zested
- 1/4 Orange juice

Step 1
Preheat broiler at 400 degrees.
Combine all ingredients.
Season steaks with salt and peper
Drizzle olive oil in contatiner and place salmon on top of live oil then add glaze to cover
Place the salmon in the over for 10 min then take the salmon out, cut 1/4 inch in the center or each piece then add the reminder of the glaze.
Cook for 15 minutes at 425 degrees
