Corn Pudding, Pennsylvania Dutch recipe
can make ahead and put in fridge, bake on day of serving.
- 2 cups corn-- frozen or fresh
- 2 eggs-- beat with a fork
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk
Put all in a greased casserole and Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
I often make this and refrigerate it overnight and bake it on Thanksgiving Day.... and it turns out just fine!
