cups thingy sliced russet potatoes(6 large)
large onion sliced
cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
cans cream of mushroom soup
Mix soup with milk and pepper. In a 13 by 9 pan alternate layers of potatoes, onions, cheese then soup mixture; repeat. Top with 1 Tbl butter sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 degree oven covered with foil for one hour. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes more. Enjoy!
