Ingredients
- 1 - frozen pie crust
- 8 oz- marcarpone cheese
- OR
- 8 oz- cream cheese
- 5 tbsp- lemon curd
- 2 cups- fresh blueberries

Preparation
Step 1
1. Stir together cheese and 3 tbsp lemon curd until smooth. Add mixture to pie crust.
2. In a bowl mix together blueberries and 2 tbsp of lemon curd until combined. Spoon evenly over cheese mixture.
3. Cover and chill 2 hours
