Lemon Blueberry Tart

  • 1 - frozen pie crust
  • 8 oz- marcarpone cheese
  • OR
  • 8 oz- cream cheese
  • 5 tbsp- lemon curd
  • 2 cups- fresh blueberries



Step 1

1. Stir together cheese and 3 tbsp lemon curd until smooth. Add mixture to pie crust.

2. In a bowl mix together blueberries and 2 tbsp of lemon curd until combined. Spoon evenly over cheese mixture.

3. Cover and chill 2 hours
