Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 1-20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained (save the juice)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese, (if you grate it yourself, it melts better.)
  • 1/2-1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) melted butter
  • 3 Tbsp. reserved pineapple juice

Preparation

Step 1

Mix pineapple ingredients and place in greased 8×8 pan or 1 quart casserole dish.

Mix topping and sprinkle on top of pineapple mix. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. until cheese melted and golden.
