Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper(diced)
- 1 poblano chili(seeded and diced)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 cups cranberries (coarsely Chopped)
- 1/4 cup chopped toasted pecans
- 2 tablespoons grated orange peel
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients but cilantro together and chill over night. Mix in the cilantro right before serving. Serve with different types of tortilla chips.
