- 1 pkg Wontons
- 1 lb Italian Sausage
- 1 Onion (diced)
- 1 Bell Pepper (diced)
- 1 pkg Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 jar Spaghetti Sauce (I like Ragu)
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 tblsp Cornstarch
- Oil for frying
- Parmesan Cheese for sprinkling

For the guacamole: 1. Cut your avocados in half and remove pit
- Mushrooms:
- 22 portobello mushrooms, sliced
- 33 garlic cloves, minced
- 1tbsp.1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2tbsp.2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4tsp.1/4 tsp. salt
- Dough:
- 2cups2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/4tsp.2 1/4 tsp. instant dry yeast

- 2/3cup2/3 cup warm water (105-115F)
- 2tbsp.2 tbsp. olive oil (I used a cayenne-infused olive oil, so that accounts for the reddish tone to the dough!)

- 3large3 large avocados, ripe (soft not squishy)
- 22 garlic cloves, minced

- 1small1 small tomato, diced
- 1/21/2 red onion, diced
