One dish meal suitable for wintertime, due to the oven needing to be on 1 1/2 - 2 Hours
- 1 Lb hamburger
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 5 medium potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 medium onion
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Milk
- Marble Jack cheese - about 1/2 to 3/4 cup
Beverage - Blueberry Hard Lemonade

1. In a highball glass, muddle blueberries, lemon juice and mint
- 2 tablespoons fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons gin (1 oz)
- 1/2 cup gluten-free ginger ale or lemon-lime soda
- Lemon wedges, blueberries on a beverage pick, fresh mint, if desired
Vegan - Pancake - Jumbo chickpea

Prepare the vegetables and set aside
- 1 green onion, finely chopped (about 1/4 cup)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper
- 1/2 cup chickpea flour (also known as garbanzo flour or besan)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon fine grain sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons water
- For serving: salsa, avocado, hummus, cashew cream (optional)
Cake - Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

1. For the cake: Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- Pinch salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons natural cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons red food coloring
- 12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 16 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 16 ounces cream cheese, cut into 8 pieces, softened
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
Sauce - Beurre Blanc

Alright, so beurre blanc means "white butter
- 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp finely minced shallots
- 8 oz of cold unsalted butter, which is 1 cup or 2 sticks, cut in cubes

In large bowl, beat dressing ingredients with wire whisk until sugar is dissolved and mixture is well blended
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package (3 oz) ramen noodle soup mix (any flavor)
- 1 bag (16 oz) coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
- 8 medium green onions, sliced (1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds (2 oz)
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1x1/8-inch strips
- 2 seedless oranges, peeled, coarsely chopped (1 1/2 cups)
- 2 cups coarsely chopped fresh baby spinach leaves
