Fudge-Mallow Cookie Bars

Melt your chocolate first so that it has time to cool
- 3/4 cup flour (pack it down in the cup)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 one ounce squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 10.5 oz pkg mini marshmallows
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

- 4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries, finely diced
- 3/4 cup sugar, plus 1 1/2 tablespoons
- 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt or heavy cream
- 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
