ONE POT CHILI MAC AND CHEESE

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium high heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 8 ounces ground beef
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 3/4 cup canned white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 3/4 cup canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 10 ounces uncooked elbows pasta
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
Creamy Mashed Cauliflower

1. Divide a head of cauliflower into florets that are all roughly the same size
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
Blueberry Monkey Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 recipes ofThin Crust Pizza Dough (22 ounces total)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese, room temperature
Spaghetti Sauce

Put everything in a large pot and simmer for at least 2 hours
- 3-28 oz cans of crushed tomatoes
- 3 cans tomato paste
- 4-8 oz cans of tomato sauce
- 1 TBS Italian seasoning
- 1 TBS Oregano
- 1 tsp parsley
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 3 TBS Onion Flakes
- 1/2 of 8 oz can of parmesan cheese
- 2 cups water
Old-Fashioned Peach Pound Cake-July

Preheat oven to 350º F. Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan and set aside
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled, chopped and drained
- 3 tsp. vanilla extract
- pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
Christmas Lace Cookies

- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp flour

- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

- 1 Tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 – 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, preferably fresh grated
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- For Topping:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
