- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup 40%+ ultra heavy cream (see notes above)
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 ounces super fine sugar
- Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting
- yields enough to fill one roulade
- 12 oz cream cheese or mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup powdered (icing) sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

· Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray cookie sheets with a non-stick spray
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed firmly
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 1/2 cups flour (I used my gluten free flour mix)
