Pioneer Woman Cheese Grits

Preheat oven to 350 F Add salt to water and bring to boil in a large saucepan or dutch oven
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 9 cups water
- 2 cups grits
- 4 eggs
- 12 TBS butter, cut up
- 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

- 1cup1 cup white sugar (or Bochasweet)
- 1 1/2cups1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar (or finely blended Bochasweet)

- 4cups4 cups flour (or 8 cups almond flour)
- 1can1 can sweetened condensed milk (made into caramel)

Garlic and Pepper Chicken (gai pad gratiem prik thai) is a very common dish
- 4 chicken breast, sliced into thin bite-size pieces (3/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup garlic cloves, smashed
- 1 TBS palm sugar (or white sugar)
- 1 TBS teaspoon white pepper powder or black pepper powder (or mix em!)
- 2 TBS fish sauce
- 1 jar oyster sauce
- 4-8 tablespoons vegetable oil (enough to coat bottom of pan)
- 8-12 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon coriander leaves (for garnish)
