Peanut Butter Cup Cake

* Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 devil’s food cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups chopped peanut butter cups (plus more for garnishing – I used 2 bags)
- 8 oz. dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup peanut butter

- COOKIES:
- 1 1/3 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon low sodium chicken broth (no onion!)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- BANANA CAROB FROSTING:
- 2 cup banana, mashed
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 6 tablespoon carob flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 tablespoon unbleached flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
- 12 ounces non-fat cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 teaspoons honey
- Beat with a hand mixer until fluffy. Frost cookies with a spatula or fill a pastry bag fitted with a fine tip and pipe onto cookies

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 jalapeño chili peppers, stems removed, seeded, ribs removed, minced
- 114 -oz can whole tomatoes
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 114 -oz can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch, dissolved in a couple tablespoons of water
- Salt
- Grated cheddar cheese, sour cream and chopped red onion for garnish

- 1 *1 refrigerated pie crust (from 15-oz box), softened as directed on box
- 4 *4 oz marzipan (about 1/3 cup)
- 3 *3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 *1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 2 *2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Filling:
- 2 *2 cans (21 oz each) cherry pie filling
- 1/4 *1/4 teaspoon almond extract
