This recipe for Roasted Red Potatoes with Bacon & Cheese makes the perfect side dish to any meal
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Light Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
- 2 pounds small red potatoes, about 6, quartered
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
RASPBERRY & CREAM PUFF PASTRY DOUGHNUTS

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- ICING:
- 1 Egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 package (17.3 ounces) Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets, thawed
- Raspberry jam or Pie filling like Raspberry, Blueberry, Strawberry, etc.
- Bavarian Cream
- (I used Raspberry filling and Bavarian Cream from the Prepared Pantry)
- Turbinado Sugar
- 1 cup Confectioners Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tsp. Vanilla.
- Now add:
- *Enough Milk to make it the consistency of glaze that you like.
Overnight Meatball & Pasta Casserole

1. In ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish, combine pasta sauce, soup and water; mix well
- 1 * 1 (14 or 15-oz.) jar tomato pasta sauce
- 1 * 1 (10 3/4-oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 * 1 cup water
- 61/2 * 61/2 oz. (3 cups) uncooked mini lasagna noodles (mafalda)
- 1 * 1 cup frozen bell pepper and onion stir-fry, larger pieces cut up
- 1 * 1 (18-oz.) pkg. frozen cooked Italian meatballs
- 6 * 6 oz. (1 1/2 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 * 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Slow-Cooker Sweet & Sour Chicken

PLACE onions, carrots and celery in slow cooker; top with chicken
- 1 medium Onion, sliced
- 1 medium Carrot, peeled, sliced

- 1 * 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar

- 1/2 * 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained

- Frosting:
- 2/3 * 2/3 cup Soft shortening (1/2 butter For flavor)
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 cup Sugar
- 3 * 3 Eggs (1/2-2/3 cup)
- 2 1/2 * 2 1/2 cup Sifted Softasilk flour
- 2 1/2 * 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 * 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 * 1 cup Milk
- 2 * 2 Squares chocolate
- 1/8 * 1/8 tsp. Baking soda
- 1 * 1 tbsp. Milk
- 1 * 1 tsp. orange extract
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 tbsp. Orange rind, finely grated
- 1/4 * 1/4 tsp. Yellow food coloring
- 4 * 4 tbsp. Sweet butter

Skillet Lasagna

1. Pour the tomatoes with their juice into a quart measuring cup
- 1 * 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 * 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 * 1 onion, minced
- * salt
- 3 * 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/8 * 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 * 1 lb meatloaf mix (ground beef, and 8 ounces ground pork. for spicier flavor increase the amount of red pepper flakes )
- 8 * 8 ounces curly-edged lasagna noodles, broken into 2-inch lengths (10)
- 1 * 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 * 1 ounce parmesan cheese, grated (1/2 cup)
- * pepper
- 8 * 8 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese (about 1 cup)
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup minced fresh basil
- 1 . Pour the tomatoes with their juice into a quart measuring cup. Add enough water to the tomatoes to measure 4 cups.
- 2 . Heat the oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until shimmering. Add the onion and 1/2 teaspoon salt and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 3 . Stir in the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant, about 15 seconds. Add the meatloaf mix and cook, breaking up the meat into small pieces with a wooden spoon, until no longer pink,
- 4 . Sprinkle the noodle pieces evenly over the meat. Pour the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce over the pasta. Cover and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue to simmer, stirring
- 5 . Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in 1/2 cup Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Dot heaping tablespoons of the ricotta over the noodles. Cover the skillet and let stand off the
- 6 . Sprinkle with the basil and serve, passing the extra Parmesan separately.
