Chicken Cheese Lasagna

In a large saucepan, sauté onion and garlic in butter until tender
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 TBS chopped fresh parsley
- 4 cups (16 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp dried basal
- 1 carton (15 oz) ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 2 packages (10 oz. each) frozen spinach, thawed, and well drained
Blueberry Cheesecake Dessert Recipe

1. Crush the graham crackers
- 12 graham crackers, about 1 2/3 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 16 oz. (two 8 oz. packages) , softened
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 21 oz. can blueberry pie filling
- 8 oz. tub Cool Whip (about 3 cups)
Onion Cucumber Salad

- 7 medium cucumbers, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 small green pepper, cut into thin rings
- 2 tbs salt
- 1 tbs celery seed
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup white vinegar
Baked Apple Slices

Place apples in a greased 1 quart baking dish
- 3 large tart apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbs cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup walnuts or raisins
- Vanilla ice cream
Orange Pineapple Cake

Mix together and beat for 2 minutes on medium speed
- Icing:
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup Crisco oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin orange slices (juice also)
- 1 9 oz container Cool Whip
- 1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (No. 303) can crushed pineapple
Meatballs Roma

Cook onion in butter until tender
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbs butter
- 4 cups (2 1-pound cans) tomatoes
- 1 6-oz can tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- All purpose oil
- Hot cooked spaghetti
Best Ever Potato Soup

In a large saucepan, cook bacon until crisp; drain
- 6 bacon strips (diced)
- 3 cups cubed peeled potatoes
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) chicken broth
- 1 small carrot (grated)
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 Tbs. dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 cup milk
- 8 oz. American cheese
- 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
Corn Casserole

Combine butter, sugar, flour, and salt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tbs sugar
- 2 tbs. flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 eggs, well-beaten
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups fresh corn or canned, drained corn, or frozen corn, thawed

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Heat water and butter to rolling boil in 2 1/2 quart saucepan
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 4 large eggs
- Cream Filling (or sweetened whipped cream)
- Powdered sugar
- Cream Filling
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tbs cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 large egg yolks, slightly beaten
- 2 tbs butter, softened
- 2 tsp vanilla

- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 regular size box of vanilla cook and serve pudding
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tbs butter
- 1 16 oz size can of sliced peaches
- 1 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
