    cup butter, melted

    tbs sugar

    tbs. flour

    tsp salt

    eggs, well-beaten

  • 1 3/4

    cup milk

  • 2

    cups fresh corn or canned, drained corn, or frozen corn, thawed

Directions

Combine butter, sugar, flour, and salt. Stir in eggs, milk and corn. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring once, about halfway through baking time.
