Hamburger Soup

1. In a large saucepan, brown beef; drain
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 cups water
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 3 medium carrots, sliced
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 4 tsp. beef bouillon granules
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 cup cut fresh or frozen green beans

Combine all ingredients in a quart jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake to combine thoroughly
- 10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup
- 1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp celery seeds
- 1 cup sugar
Baked Pineapple Salmon

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cooking spray, for pan
- 17 pineapple rings, fresh or canned
- 1 large salmon fillet (about 3 lbs.)
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 3 TBS melted butter
- 3 TBS sweet chili sauce
- 2 TBS freshly chopped cilantro
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. freshly grated ginger
- 2 tsp. toased sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
- Thinly sliced green onions, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for serving
Macaroni and Cheese

1. Cook macaroni in boiling salt water till tender, then drain
- 1 1/2 cup elbow macaroni
- 3 TBS all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 TBS butter
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1.2 cup shredded cheese
Pineapple Sweet Rolls

Dissolve yeast in water. Add milk, butter, sugar, salt, eggs, and 1 1/3 cups flour; beat until smooth
- 2 packages active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water (110 degrees to 115 degrees)
- 1 1/2 warm milk (110 to 115 degrees)
- 6 tbs butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 6 to 6 1/2 flour
- Filling
- 1 tbs butter
- 1 tbs flour
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tbs grated orange peel
- 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Glaze
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbs orange juice
Chicken Nuggets

In a resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients
- 1 cup flour_4 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Apple Cheddar Nut Bread

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 all purpose oil
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 chopped peeled apples
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Beef Stew

Cut beef into 1 inch chunks and brown in hot oil in large pot or Dutch oven
- 2 pounds boneless chuck or rump roast
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- 1 onion
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 16 oz can of tomatoes
- 3 medium potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 3 ribs celery
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Swiss Steak

Cut meat into serving-size pieces and dredge in flour
- 2 pounds beef round steak (1 inch thick)
- 3 tbs. flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 tbs. vegetable oil
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained with liguid, cut up
- 2 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- Hot cooked noodles, optional
Delicious Corn Pudding

In a mixing bowl, beat egg yolks until thick and lemon-colored, 5-8 min
- 4 eggs, separated
- 2 tbs. butter, melted and cooled
- 1 tbs. sugar
- 1 tbs. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- Pinch each ground cinnamon and nutmeg
- 2 cups fresh whole dernal corn (4 medium ears)
- 1 cup half and half cream
- 1 cup milk
