Orange Pineapple Cake

  • Icing:
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup Crisco oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin orange slices (juice also)
  • 1 9 oz container Cool Whip
  • 1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (No. 303) can crushed pineapple



Step 1

Mix together and beat for 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour into three 9-inch, round cake pans or a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Don't overbake.

For icing: Mix together well. Spread on tops of cake layers. Keep cake in the refrigerator.
