- 1/2 cup sour cream (lite sour cream)
- pinch salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups flour (can use almond flour)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pint whipping cream---whipped and sweetened with 1 tbs. sugar
- 1 --2 pounds sliced slightly sweetened strawberries or fruit of choice
Instant Pot Creamy Tomato Soup

Heat the instant pot on saute
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 4 14.5oz cans diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Hearty Bean Soup

Fry bacon; set aside. Leave about 1 TBS drippings in pan and add green pepper, onion, carrots, garlic
- 2 (No. 300) cans navy beans
- 2 slices bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (No. 300) can tomatoes (Cut up)
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
Peace-A-Berry Cobbler

Mix first three ingredients with fruit
- Cobbler crust:
- 1 tbs cornstarch
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 cups fresh sugared sliced peaches
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tbs butter
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup margarine
- Nutmeg Topper:
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbs sugar
Pasta Broccoli Sharp Cheddar Cheese Bake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3 cups fusilli pasta
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 3 tsp salt
- 2 (14 oz) packages of broccoli floret
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 1/3 cup flour
- 3 cups milk
- 2 1/4 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 tsp ground garlic
- 1/2 chopped red pepper
Summer Macaroni Salad

Cook macaroni according to package directions
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. water or 2% milk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 small sweet yellow, orange, or red pepper, finely chopped
- 1 small green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 celery rib, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley

- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce

- 1 1/2 lbs. flat iron or top sirloin steak, cut in 1-inch pieces

- 1 recipe Avocado Lime Ranch dressing or Garlic & Herb Buttermilk dressing
- (A quality prepared salad dressing or a packet of Hidden Valley Buttermilk Ranch dressing made per the package instructions may be substituted for the dressing in this salad.
- 1 large red bell pepper seeded and diced
- 1 large poblano or green bell pepper seeded and diced.
- 1 (12 0z.) frozen corn steamed and cooled
- 6 medium tomatoes, 5 chopped and 1 sliced into wedges for garnish
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. bacon cooked and crumbled
- 4 cups roasted chicken roughtly chopped
- 3 green onions thinly sliced
