Snickerdoodle Cupcakes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line your cupcake tin
- 1 pkg white cake mix
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 stick of butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- Frosting
- 1 stick butter
- 3 3/4 cups confectioners sugar
- 3-4 tbs milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbs. cinnamon
Barbecue Chicken Casserole

Place flour in a large resealable plastic bag
- 1 cup flour
- 1 chicken for frying (3 to 4 pounds)
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbs brown sugar
- 3 tbs worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 pkg (16 ounces) frozen corn, thawed
Baked Hamburger

Mix first 6 ingredients together and fashion into small rolls the size of a hot dog bun
- Sauce:
- 1 slice bread, crumbled
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
Steak Bites

1. Place all ingredients, except steak, in a large ziplock baggie
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 TBS dried basil
- 1 TBS dried parsley
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs. flat iron or top sirloin steak, cut in 1-inch pieces
Cream Cheese Taco Dip

1. Whip together the cream cheese and mayonnaise
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 8 oz. mild taco sauce
- 1 small green pepper, chopped or diced
- 3 roma tomatoes, chopped or diced
- 1 small red onion, chopped or diced
- 2 cups mild cheddar finely shredded cheese

1. Prepare instant potatoes as directed on package, adding 1 tsp
- 6 servings instant mashed potatoes
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Hamburger Soup

- 4 cups water
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 3 medium carrots, sliced
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 4 tsp. beef bouillon granules
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 cup cut fresh or frozen green beans
