Limoncello Cake

- CAKE:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup Limoncello liqueur
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest, from 2 to 3 lemons
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice, from the zested lemons
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
- 3 eggs, beaten, room temperature
- FROSTING:
- 2 blocks cream cheese, room temperature
- 8 ounce container mascarpone cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup limoncello
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- Lemon, garnish
Copycat Chick-Fil-A Sauce

Melissa Sperka ~ I used Sweet Baby Ray’s Original BBQ Sauce because that’s what I had on hand
- 2/3 cup real mayo
- 3 TB hickory brown sugar BBQ sauce
- 3 TB honey
- 2 TB yellow mustard
- 4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1-2 drops liquid smoke
Easy Focaccia Bread

This focaccia bread is super simple to make
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 envelope Fleischmann’s Rapid Rise Yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 2/3 cups very warm water
- 3 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, shredded or shaved
- 1 tablespoon Italian herb seasoning

Awesome Spinach and Artichoke Dip

- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained & finely chopped
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained well

- 2 TB chopped fresh rosemary
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms

- 4-8 chicken thighs, with or without skin & bones

- 1/2 cup red wine

- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 TB chopped fresh basil
- 2 TB chopped fresh parsley

- 2 large egg whites, lightly beaten
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 2-3 TB flour
