- 2 TB white vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 10 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
- 5 cups powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter

You could try baking the fish & see how that turns out
- 2 – 4 fish fillets, such as tilapia, redfish, halibut, etc.
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- 2 TB olive oil
- 5 TB butter, divided
- 8 oz. sliced baby bella mushrooms
- ½ cup white wine
- 1 TB chopped parsley

Parmesan Tilapia

Preheat broiler. Line broiler pan or cookie sheet with foil
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 TB margarine
- 3 TB mayo or Miracle Whip
- 2 TB lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 8 tilapia fillets

I like to remove the tails so the shrimp can just be popped into the mouth
- 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 4 oz. cream cheese OR 4 slices Pepper Jack cheese, cut into thin strips
- 2-3 jalepenos, seeded & cut into thin strips

- 1-1/4 cups water

- 1 container Betty Crocker Rich & Creamy Chocolate frosting
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup chopped peanuts, optional
