- 1/2 tsp dried dill or parsley OR 1 tsp fresh
- 1 TB white wine
- 1 TB lemon juice, optional

- 1/4 to 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 to 1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 2 to 4 TB fresh chopped parsley or 2 to 4 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt

- 2 TB olive oil
- 1 to 1 1/2 lbs large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 large or 3 regular size garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 TB Italian seasoning
- 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 lemon, juiced & zested, about 3 tsp juice
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Crispy Herbed Shrimp with Chive Aioli

- Aioli:
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1 to 2 TB chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme OR 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 to 4 TB cornstarch
- 3 to 4 egg whites, lightly beaten
- Olive or canola oil
- 1 1/2 lbs. large shrimp, peeled & deveined (about 36 shrimp)
- 1/2 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup olive oil mayonnaise
- 3 TB chopped fresh chives
- 1 TB fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
