- 1 shortbread or graham cracker crust
- 1-8 oz Cool Whip whipped topping
- 2/3 c pureed Kumquats
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c lemon juice
Chicken Tortilla Bake

- 3 c shredded cooked chicken or turkey
- 2 cans (4oz) green chilies, chopped
- 1 c chicken broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup

- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
