Spiced Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1 teas baking soda
- 1/2 teas baking powder
- 1/2 teas ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teas salt
- 1/8 teas ground cloves
- 1/8 teas ground nutmeg
- 1 c canned pumpkin
- 3/4 c sugar
- 3 T canola oil
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- Cooking spray

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups, level with a knife. Combine flour, and next 6 ingredients into a large bowl. Make a well in center of the bowl. Combine pumpkin, sugar, oil, and egg in a medium bowl and stir with a whisk until blended. Add to flour mixture, stirring until moist. Turn batter into an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick in center comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool completely.
