  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1 T EVOO
  • 1 T sweet chili sauce (I use Mae Ploy)
  • Salmon:
  • 4 six-ounce salmon filets
  • 1 T butter
  • 1 T EVOO
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 3 T white wine
  • 1 T chopped fresh parsley for garnish
  • Rice:
  • Prepare your favorite kind of rice; stir in some pineapple bits and soy sauce and heat through.
