- 1/8 teaspoon Ground Cloves
- 8 whole Allspice Berries
- Orange Peel From 1 Orange
- Lemon Peel From 1 Lemon
- 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
- 6 cups Unfiltered (fresh Squeezed Is Great) Apple Juice
- 1/2 cup Dark Rum (optional)

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 2 (14-ounce) cans chicken broth
- 2 large chicken breasts, boneless skinless, uncooked and diced
- 1 (6-ounce) package Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Dash red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 4 ounces cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 cup milk

Cauliflower with Roasted Red Peppers

Roast red pepper by holding with tongs over gas flame
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 large head or 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
- Salt and fresh ground pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 roasted red pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons silken tofu
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Corn and Green Chili Casserole

- 4 cups whole kernel corn
- 4 green onions with tops, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups roasted green chili's, chopped
- 1 small jalapeno, seeded and chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup half and half or whole milk
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Butter to butter the baking dish

Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- Cooking spray, for greasing pan
- 6 slices bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- Three 14 1/2-ounce cans diced tomatoes with liquid
- One 2 1/4-ounce can sliced black olives, drained
- 1 to 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
- 12 ounces thin spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 2 cups grated cheddar (5 ounces)
- One 10-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

- 2 large garlic cloves (peeled)
- 1 large onion (cut into quarters)
- 1 cup Hellman's, Dukes, or Blue Plate mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Heinz ketchup
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup French's mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp of smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 cup light olive oil
- 1/2 Tablespoon sugar
- Juice of one lemon
Ham & Beans - Instant Pot

For this ham & beans recipe, you can use either dried pinto beans or dried great northern beans
- 2 cups dried beans, about one pound
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 4 cups chicken broth
- Water - enough to fully cover beans by an inch
- 1 smoked ham bone with plenty of meat still on it, or chunks of ham
