- 3 -3 tsp olive oil, divided
- 1 -1 cup ground almonds or other nuts
- 3 -3 Tbs almond butter
- 1/3 -1/3 cup egg whites
- 1/2 -1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 -2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 -1 chopped brocoli
- 3 -3 zucchini
- 1 -1 acorn squash
- 1 -1 pack mushrooms
- 1 -1 large chicken cut in 1/2" chunks
- 1/2 -1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 -1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 -1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- And any other spices or veggies you want
Semi Paleo Cauliflower Pizza

Preheat oven to 450 degrees farenheit
- 1 cup cooked, riced cauliflower**
- 1 egg
- 1 cup mozzarella or parm or asiago or manchego or cheddar cheese or combo of a cup of whatever cheese you want
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp parsley
- acorn squash
- honey or agave
- red pepper flakes
- shrooms
- arugula
- sun dried tomaotes
- pizza sauce
- toppings
- mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Cauli Pizza

Preheat oven to 450 degrees farenheit
- 1 cup cooked, riced cauliflower**
- 1 egg
- 1 cup mozzarella chees
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp parsley
- pizza or alfredo sauce
- toppings
- mozzarella cheese
Paleo Stuffed Acorn Squash

Cut around the stem end of the squash and remove, much like how you would start if carving a pumpkin
- . one small acorn squash
- • 6-7 oz ground lean turkey or beef
- • 1/2 C chopped apple
- • paprika, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder, cinnamon
- whatever spices you want, any variation can go in here
Paleo Stuffed Pepper

In a large saute pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 large yellow onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound ground beef or lamb, or a combination of beef and lamb
- One 28-ounce can tomatoes with juice (or one 6 ounce can tomato paste mixed with 3/4 cup water)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint (optional)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 6 medium sweet bell peppers
Paleo Double Mushroom Soup

Bring 2 cups water to a boil, then put dried mushrooms into a plastic bowl and pour boiling water over
- 1 cup dried mushrooms (I used dried shitakes, but use any type of mushrooms you like the flavor of.)
- 2 cup boiling water
- 3 T olive oil (more or less, depending on your pan and whether you're using the butter)
- 2 tsp. butter (optional, use a little more olive oil if you prefer)
- 1 large onion, cut into thin half-slices
- 12 oz. fresh mushroom, thickly sliced (I used bella mushrooms can use white or crimini.)
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 tsp. dried parsley (or use 2 tsp. fresh parsley if you have it)
- salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste (I didn't use much salt.)
- 2 T good quality balsamic vinegar, for drizzling over soup when you serve it
Paleo Brownies

Combine all ingredients Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes
- 6 tbsp oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup honey or agave
- 1/2 cup ground almonds or pecans
- 1/2 cup cocoa or carob powder
- 1/4 cup almond flour
Paleo Curry Spinach Lamb

In a food processor, mince the garlic and ginger together
- Seasonings:
- 1 lb. grass fed lamb
- 5 cloves fresh garlic
- 1/2 " piece fresh ginger root
- 2 c. frozen chopped spinach
- 2-3 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. organic lite coconut milk
- pepper
- 1 T. hot curry powder or turmeric
- 2 T. curry powder
- pinch caradmon (optional)
- dash crushed red pepper flakes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/2 cups raw honey
- 1/2 cups ground walnuts
- 1 cups almond flour
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger

Wash eggplant. Beat remaining ingredients with rotary beater until smooth
- 1 medium eggplant (about 1-1/2 pound)
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup paleo oil
