Paleo Mustard Sauce

Combine all ingredients
- ~~ MUSTARD SAUCE ~~
- 1/3 Cup Paleo Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 3/4 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1 Dash Onion Powder
- 1 Dash Garlic Powder
- 1 Dash Ground White Pepper
- 2 Drops Hot Pepper Sauce
Primal Protein Bar

1.On a cookie sheet, toast nuts and shredded coconut until golden brown
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- (i don't like shredded coc so i got the fine shredded one)
- 1/4 cup almond butter (although cashew, hazelnut, walnut and even pumpkin butters will work well too!)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (check your local health food store)
- 1/4 cup almond meal (simply pulse approximately 1/4 cup of almonds until it creates a coarse flour)
- 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp of raw honey (although, this is really kind of optional because the egg will help hold the mixture together)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened whey protein powder (or 60g)
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries or blueberries
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut to sprinkle on top
- Note: I didn't add the 14 cup of unsweetened coconut on the top and it was still delicous I also didn't have dried fruit so I put dark chocolate chunks on half of it.
Nom Nom Paleo Kelp Noodles W/ Ground Beef, Broc Slaw and Spinach

- 1 small onion, minced in a mini-prep food processer
- 5 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 pound of cremini mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1-2 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1 pound grass fed ground beef
- 1 cup of organic broccoli slaw
- 6 ounce package of pre-washed organic baby spinach leaves
- 1 package of kelp noodles, rinsed with water and drained
- 1-2 tablespoons coconut vinegar
- 1-2 tablespoons coconut aminos
- Salt and Pepper
- UPDATE** 1-2 tablespoons of Red Boat Fish Sauce
Paleo Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

1) If using wooden skewers, soak in warm water for 30 minutes
- 1 1/2 lbs. wild-caught shrimp, defrosted if frozen, peeled and deveined
- 1 Tbsp. Creole or Cajun seasoning (or a dash each garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and oregano) I used the later plus a little ground red pepper
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil or drippings from bacon
- 1 package of bacon

- 2 eggs

Paleo Short Ribs

Preheat oven to 325. If boneless ribs are in a long strip, cut them into 3 inch long chunks
- 6 lbs boneless shortribs
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 medium onion
- 4-5 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 4-5 strips of bacon cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/8 cup of almond flour
- 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups red wine
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
Honey, Mustard and Pepper Baked Bacon

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper
- 2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
- 1/2 pound bacon (about 10 slices)
- Notes
- i used less than 1/4cup i of honey
Paleo Sirloin Tip Roast

Place roast in the refrigerator a couple of days ahead of time
- 1 sirloin tip roast (5 to 8 lbs.)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 6 garlic cloves
- 3 bay leaves
- 4 tablespoons au jus mix
- Dijon mustard
- minced onions or onion powder
- granulated garlic powder
- basil
- rosemary (crushed)
- tarragon
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 100 % extra virgin olive oil

- 1.5 lbs grass fed ground beef
- 1 lb spicy Italian pork sausage – casing removed
- I used chicken apple sausage its what i had
- 1 onion diced
- Diced mushroom stems
- 1 tsp paprika
- a few shakes to 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp tarragon
- 6 crushed garlic cloves
- Pinch of sea salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 omega 3 enriched egg
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup coconut flour (or I’m sure almond meal would work just fine too!)
