  • 2 * 2 teaspoons baking powder (there are some gluten free options if you=2 0wish in the store for baking powder and soda)
  • 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 * 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 3 * 3 cups grated carrots
  • 1 * 1 cup chopped pecans (optional, more nuts)
  • * Optional: you can add raisins, which helps the sweetness, and 3 cups of grated zucchinis, like the bread
