  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 3/4 cups of full-bodied red wine such as Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, or Burgundy
  • 1/4 cup ruby port
  • 1 3/4 cups chicken stock
  • 10 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 8 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • I didn't measure any of the spices and i used all ground spices except or the bay leaves
