Oven Chips with Pulled Pork and Slaw

Delicious appetizer. Easy to make
- Pulled pork:
- 1 rack store bought cooked baby-back ribs
- 12 ounces chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot taco seasoning
- Chips:
- One bag frozen waffle cut fries
- 1 (16 oz) container coleslaw
- 1/2 cup finely diced cilantro leaves for garnish
Fabulous Beef Tenderloin

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 (3 pound) beef tenderloin roast
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Sausage Alfredo

Saute sausage for about 5 minutes
- 1 pkg. Smoked Sausage
- 8 oz. pasta, cooked and drained
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tsp. cajun seasoning

Hearty Sausage Soup

- 1 (14oz) smoked beef sausage sliced into rounds
- 1 small head cabbage shredded

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 (15 0z) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 oz) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons ground ancho pepper
- 1/2 Tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 pinch medium crushed peppers
- 4-5 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 shredded carrot
- 1 small zucchini, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
Pork Chops with Campbells French Onion Soup and Rice

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 6 bone-in pork chops (about 2 pounds)
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed French Onion Soup
- 1/2 cup water
- Ground black pepper
- 1 stalk celery, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
- 1/2 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice

Heat the canola oil in a pot, add onion and carrot and cook for 5 minutes

- 1 diced onion
- 1 sliced carrot
- 2 (15 oz) cans drained black beans
- 1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup sliced roasted red pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- salt
- pepper
- zest of one orange
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- diced avocado
