- Ingredients
- 1 pound Pasta
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 whole Medium Onion, Chopped Finely
- 2 cloves (to 3 Cloves) Garlic, Chopped
- 3/4 cups (to 1 Cup) Vodka
- 1 can (About 14 Oz.) Tomato Puree
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/4 teaspoons (to 1/2 Teaspoon) Salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation Instructions First, bring a pot of water to a boil
- 3 whole English Muffins
- 3 slices Canadian Bacon
- 3 whole Eggs (plus 3 Egg Yolks)
- 2 sticks Butter
- 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
- Cayenne Pepper To Taste
Cucumber Salad

Combine the cucumber and onion in a serving bowl and stir to combine
- 4 cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1-2 sweet onions, thinly sliced into rings
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1 pound Thin Bacon

- 1 whole Onion, Diced
- 1 whole Bell Pepper (any Color), Seeded And Diced
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Seeded And Diced

- 1/4 cup Half-and-half
