Baby Back Beer Ribs

Combine all of the rib rub ingredients together and mix well
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Kosher flake salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 3/4 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon whole celery seed
- 3/4 teaspoon Barbeque of the Americas (a dry rub)
- 3/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 3 racks baby back pork ribs
- 3 cans regular beer, your choice
Spaghetti and Vegetable Frittata

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Cook onion and zucchini in oil in a 10 inch skillet for 2 minutes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium zucchini
- 2 cloves, garlic, minced
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 2 cups packed, baby spinach
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- 8 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 grated parmesan
- 2 Tablespoons sliced fresh basil
Dripping Roast Beef Sandwiches with Melted Provolone

Heat the oven to 400°F. 2 Heat the soup and Worcestershire in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed French Onion Soup
- 1 tablespoon reduced sodium Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 4 Pepperidge Farm® Soft White Hoagie Rolls with Sesame Seeds
- 4 slices deli provolone cheese cut in half
- 1/4 cup drained hot or mild pickled banana pepper rings
Easy Stuffed Shells

- 20 uncooked pasta shells
- 1 lb. ground beef (optional)
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 carton (15 oz) ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend, divided
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 prepared pesto
- 1 egg
- 1 jar (26 oz) spaghetti sauce, divided
Cowboy Quiche

- Ingredients
- 1 whole Unbaked Pie Crust (enough For A Deep Dish Pan)

Creamed Leeks

- 2 cups cream
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 6 drops lemon juice
New Potatoes with Caper Sauce

Combine the softened butter, capers, green onion, Parmesan cheese, parsley and vinegar in a bowl

- 12 small new potatoes, scrubbed
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons capers, chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced green onion
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Veggie Cream Cheese Spread

Preparation Combine the cream cheese with all the other ingredients in the bowl of a food processor

- 1/4 cups Finely Diced Red Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Chives (more To Taste)
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Dill (more To Taste)

Grilled Lemon Chicken with Capers

- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoonn white vinegar
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 1/2 pounds boneless skinless
- chicken breasts, pounded slightly
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced

- 1/2 pound Hot Breakfast Sausage (such As Jimmy Dean Or J.C. Potter) Or Chorizo
- 1 whole Medium Onion, Finely Diced
- 2 whole SMALL Bell Peppers (any Color Combination), Seeded And Finely Diced
- 1 pound Monterey Jack, Grated (OR Mozzarella, Or Other Stringy Melting Cheese), Grated
- Sprinkle Of Chili Powder
- 3 whole Roma Tomatoes, Diced
- 1/4 cup Cilantro, Chopped
- Tortilla Chips For Serving
