In a blender combine beans, lemon juice, garlic, and 1 teaspoon kosher salt; blend until smooth
- 1 15 ounce can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 large cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, or more to taste
- Water as needed
- ½ cup chopped, loosely packed fresh parsley
- ½ cup chopped, loosely packed fresh basil
- ¼ cup chopped fresh chives
- Pita Wedges
- Assorted Crudites (see list)
Salmon Dijonnaise

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large saute pan; bring to a boil
- Combine in Large Saute Pan; Bring to Boil; Simmer:
- 1 1/2 cups dry white wine
- 1/4 cup bottled clam juice
- 1/2 cup shallots, thinly sliced
- 2 sprigs fresh tarragon
- 1 garlic clove, smashed
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 t. black peppercorns
- 1/4 t. kosher salt
- Add; Poach 10 Minutes:
- 4 4-oz. skinned salmon fillets
- Add; Boil 3 Minutes:
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Whisk in One Piece at a Time:
- 4 T. cold unsalted butter thinly sliced
- Stir in; Serve over Salmon:
- 1 T. chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 T. country-style Dijon mustard

- salt, freshly ground pepper
- 1 lbs twice ground chuck
- 1/2 lbs twice ground veal
- 1/2 lbs twice ground pork
- 1 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves, minced
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbs cider vinegar

- 3/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce or steak sauce
- 1-2 tbsp ketchup (one tbsp if you are using steak sauce)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, cut into 1/4 to 1/2 inch cubes
- 8-10 slices bacon
Creamy Italian Sausage and Pasta Soup

Cook pasta in 2 qts. water and 1 tsp
- 1 package Johnsonville Mild Italian Sausage
- 2 c. Barilla macaroni, uncooked
- 5 tbsp. butter
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 cups diced carrots
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cups flour
- 5 c. chicken broth
- 2 (14.5 oz.) cans diced tomatoes (not drained)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. chicken bouillon
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper
- 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (I used the kind from a jar)
- Galbani mozzarella cheese
