- 6 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 1 medium size yellow onion, chopped
- 1 (1lb) pkg orzo
- 2 15oz cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed

- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

Blackberry Peach Cobbler
