Simple Garlic mushroom Bruschetta

Heat a frying pan over a high heat and add a little olive oil
- Serves 2
- 200 g of mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 small ciabatta loaves, sliced in half
- A generous pinch of sea salt and ground black pepper
Henri’s French Onion Soup

Melt butter in a large Dutch oven or soup pot over medium heat
- 3 pounds yellow onions, cut into 1/8-inch pieces
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt, plus more as needed
- 1 pinch sugar
- 8 cups water , plus more as needed
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 baguette , crusty
- 8 ounces Gruyère cheese-I sliced it thick and placed it over the top of the crock…..the cheese melted mostly into the soup and a little off to the sides, but it created a thick, even layer this way.
Honey-and-Lemon-Marinated Chicken

- Juice and zest of 1 large lemon (3 tablespoons juice)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 bone-in chicken breast halves, skin on (about 2-1/4 pounds)

No Bake Granola Bars

Step 1: Grease and line an 8″ square pan with parchment so that a few inches hang over the edge
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 2 cups crispy rice cereal
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1 cup almond butter

- 1 cup orzo
- 1 cup asparagus, cut into 1 inch pieces

French Onion Chicken Sandwiches

All American Buffalo Chicken Tenders

- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese (about 4oz)
- 1 cup low fat buttermilk
- coarse salt and ground pepper

Cut thawed rolls in half. Combine apples, sugar, nuts, cinnamon, and lemon juice and zest

- 16 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls, thawed (or use your own dough recipe)
- 3 medium size Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Zest and juice from half a lemon (about 2 teaspoons of juice)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3-4 teaspoons water

- Sweetened whipped cream
- Garnish: toasted flaked coconut
