Rigatoni with sausage and tomato cream sauce

1. In a large frying pan, heat the oil over moderate heat
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 lbs mild or hot italian sausage, casings removed
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 1 1/2 cups canned crushed tomatoes in thick puree (15 oz can)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 cup light cream
- 1 lb rigatoni
- parmesan for serving
Lamb with Yogurt Marinade - Emeril Lagasse

The marinade is for a 5 pound leg of lamb
- For 5 lb. leg of lamb:
- 1 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 2 tsp curshed oregano
- 2 tbsp fresh marjoram
- 1 head garlic, minced
- 2 onions, sliced thinly

- 1 cup water

Shrimp Scampi

Use raw shrimp. Clean and Devein the shrimp
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine (you can substitute dry vermouth or marsala wine or chicken stock)
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes. *optional
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1 3/4 pounds large or extra large shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1/3 cup parsley, chopped
- Freshly squeezed juice of half a lemon

Preheat oven to 350. Grease muffin tins
- 5 eggs
- 4 egg whites
- 1 small sweet onion, sliced or diced
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 2-3 oz soft goat cheese
- 1/4-1/2 Tbsp coconut oil or melted ghee (to grease muffin tins)
- 1/2 Tbsp butter, for the onion
- salt and pepper to taste

1. Place all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and use a whisk to blend it all together
- 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
- 1 cup french vanilla powdered non-dairy creamer
- 2 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened instant tea
- 1 1/2-2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
